What can I expect from Coaching?
"In each meeting (either by phone or in person), the client
chooses the focus of the conversation while the coach listens and
contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates
clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching concentrates
on where clients are today, and what they are willing to do to get
to where they want to be tomorrow."

Definitions from Life Coaching Training
Coaching
can be a one time visit to help with a specific issue or it might
be a commitment of several sessions (generally about 12) to accomplish
your life goals and create new habits of having the success you
desire.
